CONTEST RULES
“GRAND OPENING OF THE SHOP” CONTEST RULES (AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2023)
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The Artist Laurent La Rocca, residing at 2 allée des Micocouliers – 13830 Roquefort La Bédoule - France, referred to as the "Organizer" hereinafter, wishes to organize a contest titled "GRAND OPENING OF THE SHOP," in which the winner will be selected by a random draw based on the conditions defined below.
The contest will take place from Saturday, August 26, 2023, to Saturday, September 16, 2023, 11:00 PM (Paris Time).
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
2.1. The contest is free and open to any adult person residing in France, including Corsica, regardless of nationality, excluding all individuals involved in the creation of the contest.
2.2. Participation in the contest implies the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.
2.3. Each individual is allowed only one participation in the contest. Participation in the contest is strictly personal and non-transferable. Only one prize will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the participation conditions stated in these rules will result in the nullification of the participant's entry.
ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF CONTEST/ TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This contest is exclusively conducted on the Organizer's website. To participate, participants must follow these steps :
- Go to the following URL : https://fr.laurentlarocca.art/new-shop-contest during the contest's opening period.
- Fill out the participation form by providing the requested information (name, first name, email address, etc.).
- Accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible participants. The random draw will take place on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
One square-format photograph of the winner's choice from the website of Artist Laurent La Rocca, printed on aluminum Dibond, dimensions 50 cm x 50 cm, valued at €345 (value of Laurent La Rocca's photographs as of August 20, 2023).
ARTICLE 6 – AWARDING THE PRIZE
The Organizer of the contest will contact the winner solely by email and inform them of the steps to follow in order to receive the prize. No correspondence will be sent to participants who did not win; only the winner will be contacted. The winner must respond within two weeks of receiving the email and provide their complete contact details. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of receiving the email, they will forfeit their prize and will not be entitled to any compensation, prize, or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected during the draw. The winner must comply with these rules. If the winner is found not to meet the criteria outlined in these rules, the prize will not be awarded to them and will be retained by the Organizer. Participants hereby authorize all verifications regarding their identity, age, contact information, or the fairness and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration or indication of false identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the forfeiture of the prize by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 7 – LIABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the inability to contact the winner, as well as for the loss, theft, or damage of the prize during its delivery. The Organizer will also not be responsible for any potential errors in the name, address, and/or contact details provided by the participants in the contest. Furthermore, the Organizer of the contest declines any responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the awarded prize and/or due to its use and/or its consequences, including the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, which remains under the full responsibility of a person with parental authority.
The Organizer reserves the right, if circumstances require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, defer, or cancel the contest, without incurring any liability. However, any modification will be subject to an amendment that will be posted on the website www.laurentlarocca.art and provided free of charge to anyone who has requested the rules in writing.
The Organizer disclaims all responsibility in the event of malfunctions preventing access and/or the proper progress of the contest, particularly due to acts of external malicious intent.
The use of robots or any similar methods enabling mechanical or other automated participation in the contest is prohibited, and a violation of this rule will lead to the permanent elimination of the creator and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form, including computer-based fraud in the context of contest participation or winner determination. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right not to award the prize to fraudsters and/or to pursue legal action against the authors of such fraud.
ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PARTICIPANTS' PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law of January 6, 1978, participants in the contest have the right to access, rectify (i.e., complete, update, and lock), and withdraw their personal data from the Organizer. The personal information of participants is collected by the Organizer solely for the purpose of managing the contest and is essential for participation.
The collected data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW
Participants unconditionally accept that their participation in this contest is subject to French law.

“THE 7 DIFFERENCES - OCTOBER 2022” CONTEST RULES
ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER AND DURATION OF THE CONTEST
The Artist Laurent La Rocca, domiciled at 2 allée des Micocouliers - 13830 Roquefort La Bédoule - France, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser", wishes to organize a competition entitled "LES 7 DIFFERENCES - OCTOBRE 2022" whose winner will be designated by drawing lots according to the conditions defined below.
The competition will take place from Saturday October 15, 2022 to Sunday October 30, 2022 12 noon (Paris time).
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
2.1. The competition is free and open to anyone residing in France – including Corsica -, whatever their nationality, excluding all persons who participated in the development of the competition.
2.2. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules.
2.3. The competition is limited to one entry per person. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded.
2.4. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these Rules will result in the nullity of the Participant's participation.
ARTICLE 3 – PRINCIPLE OF CONTEST/ TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
This game takes place exclusively on the Organiser's website. Entrants should go to the following URL : https://fr.laurentlarocca.art/les-7-differences-octobre-2022
To compete:
Compare the original photograph and the edited photograph. Spot the 7 differences.
The grid (the photograph covered with a grid) includes:
- Letters from A to J positioned horizontally.
- Numbers from 1 to 10 positioned vertically.
Fill in the participation form indicating your surname, first name, e-mail and municipality, then report the 7 (seven) differences by indicating, for each one, the box or boxes concerned, for example "A1" or "A1, A2, A3 ".
ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER
The Organizer will appoint the winner by lot, from among all the participants who have found all the correct answers. A draw will be made on Wednesday November 2, 2022.
ARTICLE 5 – AWARD GIFT
A square format photograph of your choice found on the site of the Artist Laurent La Rocca printed on matte canvas with frame, size 50 cm x 50 cm, worth €1200 (value of the photographs of Laurent La Rocca on the site Artsper on October 12, 2022).
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The Contest Organizer will only contact the winner drawn by e-mail and will inform them of the procedures to follow to receive the prize. No mail will be sent to participants who have not won, only the winner will be contacted. The winner must respond within two weeks of sending this email and provide full contact details. Without a response from the winner within two weeks of the sending of this email, he will be deprived of his prize and will not be able to claim any indemnity, endowment or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a designated substitute during the draw for the session. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that he does not meet the criteria of these rules, his prize will not be awarded to him and will be acquired by the Organiser. To this end, participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or false postal address results in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the Organizer.
ARTICLE 7 – RESPONSABILITY
The Organizer cannot be held liable for the impossibility of contacting the winner, as well as in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to the name, address and/or contact details communicated by the persons who participated in the competition. Furthermore, the Contest Organizer declines all responsibility for any incidents that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize awarded and/or its use and/or its consequences, in particular the enjoyment of a prize by a minor, who remains under the full and total responsibility of a person with parental authority.
The Organizer reserves the right, if the circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify, interrupt, postpone or cancel the competition, without liability being incurred. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the Site www.laurentlarocca.art and sent free of charge to anyone who has made a claim in writing.

The use of robots or any other similar process allowing participation in the contest in a mechanical or other way is prohibited, the violation of this rule entailing the definitive elimination of its director and/or user. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prize to the fraudsters and/or to sue the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts.
ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PERSONAL DATA OF PARTICIPANTS
In accordance with the law Informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978, participants in the competition benefit from the Organizer, a right of access, rectification (i.e. supplement, update and blocking) and withdrawal of their personal data. The personal information of participants is collected by the Organizer solely for the purpose of monitoring the competition, and is essential to participate in it.
The data collected will not be transferred or communicated to third parties.
ARTICLE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW
Participants accept without reservation that the mere fact of participating in this competition subjects them to French law.
